The Economic and Financial Report analyses the principal characteristics and figures of the General State Budgets. The report is structured in three parts. The first contains the economic context in which the General State Budgets are framed. The second part describes the priority lines and main characteristics of the Budgets, as well as an analysis of the expenditure policies involved. It also includes, by virtue of its budget importance, a specific analysis of the funding of the Territorial Administrations and public investment. Finally, the third part includes an in-depth analysis of the Budgets of the different agents that make up the state public sector.
