Order HAC/641/2020, of 14 July, which lays down the rules for drawing up the General State Budget for 2021, establishes in Article 7(8) in relation to the Report on the alignment of the General State Budget with the Agenda 2030 Sustainable Development Goals that:
The ministerial departments will submit a report analysing the contribution of the expenditure programmes to the Sustainable Development Goals to the State Secretariat for Budgets and Expenditure, under the terms established for this purpose by the aforementioned State Secretariat.
These reports will form the basis for the formulation, by the State Secretariat for Budgets and Expenditure, of the Report on the Alignment of the General State Budget with the Agenda 2030 Sustainable Development Goals, for which purpose a working group will be set up comprising representatives of the Ministry of Social Rights and Agenda 2030, the State Secretariat for Budgets and Expenditure, the Directorate General for Budgets and the Cabinet of the Minister of Finance.
The report presents the alignment of the General State Budget for 2021 with the Agenda 2030 Sustainable Development Goals, based on the information provided by the ministerial departments.
