Order HAC/669/2021, of 25 June, which lays down the rules for the preparation of the 2022 General State Budget, establishes in its article 7, section 7, in relation to the Report on the Impact on Children, Adolescents and Families that:
The ministerial departments established for this purpose shall submit a report analysing the impact of their spending programmes on children, adolescents and families to the State Secretariat for Budgets and Expenditure, under the terms established for this purpose by said State Secretariat.
These reports will constitute the basis for the formulation, by the State Secretariat for Budgets and Expenditure, of the Report on the impact on children, adolescents and families that will accompany the Draft State Budget. For this purpose, a working group will be set up, made up of representatives of the Ministry of Social Rights and Agenda 2030, the State Secretariat for Budgets and Expenditure and the Directorate General for Budgets.
The report presents the analysis of the impact of the expenditure programmes of the 2022 Draft State Budget, prepared using information provided by ministerial departments.
