It is a methodology that develops a multi-focal study framework structured in different phases, each of which focuses on the analysis of an "R" from a gender perspective: Reality, Representation and Resources. Applied to the field of the General State Budget, it is considered that only through the joint and systematic analysis of these three dimensions can the gender perspective be incorporated into the design and implementation of public policies, with the ultimate aim of reducing existing inequalities between women and men.
