The integration of the gender perspective in the State Budget took place through the incorporation of a Gender Impact Report in the documentation accompanying the Draft General State Budgets for 2009. This perspective was reinforced with the modification of the General Budget Law to include the gender impact report among the mandatory documentation accompanying the draft law.
