Additions in May 2012.

The executable file MAIN.EXE has been changed so that it now runs under Windows 7 in compatibility
mode. The output files from Tramo have now the extension TRM.

Several spec files for Tramo/Seats have been added in the SPECTRM directory.

Several spec files for Trace have been added in the SPECTRC directory.
